UPDATE (12:31 a.m.): Dominion Power just arrived.
A fire broke out after a vehicle hit a transformer and flipped over along Lee Highway in front of Wegmans Wednesday night. The incident cut power to surrounding apartments.
Fire rescue personnel put out the fire about 20 minutes after the incident occurred shortly before midnight. The scene attracted a crowd of bystanders from the nearby grocery store and rental units.
Freelancer Andrew Knight, who was on the scene at the time of the crash, reports that there seem to be no major injuries.

Whoever wrote this article is an idiot. There was only one car involved, there was no "failure to yield," and the driver was a female. How do I know? Because I was the guy that pulled her out of her vehicle. Dumbass.

@Micah Maurio: First of all, thanks for the compliment.
I spoke to Fairfax County Police spokesman Eddy Azcarate, MPO and that is where I got the information about the other car involved in the accident.
Next time you find information in an article that you believe to be incorrect, the courteous thing to do is email me and call me a dumbass privately. Thanks!

Dear Micah, just because you pulled a woman out of her car (thanks for that) doesn't mean you know how the accident occurred.
