Brion's Grille recognized local first responders on September 11 by offering them and their families free lunch.

"Today we remember and we pray for those who lost their lives 11 years ago today and their families," the Braddock Road restaurant wrote on its Facebook wall on Tuesday. "Today we are honoring those who keep us safe each and every day. Today, lunch is free for First Responders."

These photos are by Fairfax photographer Sean Kelley, who stopped by to capture the free lunch tribute. Last year Kelley hosted a September 11 exhibit in the Stacy C. Sherwood Community Center to commemorate the day's 10th anniversary.
