Does anyone know which roads are closed? It looks like 123 and Judicial are closed to both walking and car traffic - can't get to Red, Hot and Blue for lunch.

Hey Kathleen. Just updated the story. Judicial Drive is closed but 123 is still open. Traffic's backed up, though. You might be able to park at City Hall and walk to Red Hot & Blue.
