Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virginia Hosts its 8th Annual Buddy Walk
The Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virginia (DSANV) is pleased to announce that it will host its 8th annual Buddy Walk fundraiser on Saturday, October 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at George Mason University. The proceeds raised by this event will fund DSANV’s vision of a world in which every person with Down syndrome is a valued and contributing member of their community. This year’s event will feature a live performance by Chris Burke, lead singer of the Chris Burke Band and Goodwill Ambassador for the National Down Syndrome Society.
